The Department of Health and Wellness will return with their "Mindfulness for Social Justice" program!
Fall Quarter dates begin on Friday, October 6 and will run through Friday, December 8.*
Fridays from 1:00-1:30** in South Hall 1623
*Note the program will not occur during Thanksgiving break, November 24.
**Note the program will run for 30 minutes instead of 1 hour.
Health and Wellness will also be offering other community meditations through the week:
Mondays from 12:00-12:30 at the lawn between Ellison Hall and the Library (where it was offered this past summer)
Beginning October 2 and will run through December 4.
Tuesdays from 1:00-1:30, in the Student Resource Building (SRB) 1st floor Conference room
Beginning October 3 and will run through December 5
This community meditation date occurs with an emphasis for those who are new to or curious about meditation.
Wednesdays (Weeks 2, 4, 6, 10) from 10:30-11:00, in the SRB's Resource and Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity (RCSGD)
Beginning October 11 and will run through December 6.
This community meditation date occurs with an emphasis for those identifiying as Trans and Queer.
